Cooking Suggestions

For a delicious traditional roast, rub the chicken legs with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Roast until the skin is beautifully golden and crispy and the meat is tender and thoroughly cooked.

Ensure the thickest part reaches a core temperature of 75°C before serving, avoiding contact with the bone when checking the temperature.

Storage & Delivery

This product will arrive frozen to maintain freshness and quality.

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until ready to use. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
