Refund policy
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements for poor hatch rates, fertility issues, incubation results, or losses during incubation.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered in cases where eggs arrive visibly damaged or broken during transit. Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs of both the damaged eggs and packaging.
By purchasing hatching eggs from Ambrose Farm, customers acknowledge that hatch rates can be affected by many factors outside of our control, including handling during transit, storage conditions, incubator settings, and incubation experience.
