Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible from our Devon farm.

Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays, or due to factors outside of our control.

All hatching eggs are packed carefully using protective packaging to help ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and damaged items.

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom unless agreed otherwise prior to ordering.
