By using this website and placing an order with Ambrose Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We take great care in producing, selecting, and packing our hatching eggs and artisan products. However, due to the natural and fragile nature of hatching eggs, we cannot guarantee hatch rates, fertility, or incubation success, as these can be affected by many factors outside of our control.

Orders are dispatched using the delivery service selected at checkout. While we aim to dispatch quickly, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.

For hatching eggs, refunds or replacements are only offered where items arrive visibly damaged during transit. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the product and packaging.

All food products sold by Ambrose Farm should be stored and consumed according to the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before consumption.

We reserve the right to amend product availability, pricing, delivery methods, and website content at any time without prior notice.
