Frequently Asked Questions

When will my eggs be delivered?

All orders placed before 12pm (noon) are collected from our farm, packed fresh, and dispatched the same day via DPD Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day Monday to Friday.

Are the eggs fresh?

Yes – our duck eggs are picked fresh every morning and packed on the same day. This ensures you’re getting the freshest product possible, delivered quickly and safely to your door.

How are the eggs packed?

We take great care in packaging your eggs using protective, shock-absorbing materials designed to keep them safe in transit. Every box is packed by hand with attention to detail to reduce the risk of breakages.

What happens if some eggs arrive broken?

While we do everything we can to protect your order, sometimes accidents happen in transit. If any eggs arrive cracked or broken, please send us a photo of the damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replace the damaged items.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted orders once they’ve been dispatched. This is because eggs are a perishable product, and we must ensure food safety and freshness at all times. However, we will always refund for any eggs that arrive damaged – just get in touch with us.

How should I store the eggs?

Duck eggs should be stored in the fridge for best results. They typically have a longer shelf life than chicken eggs – up to 3 weeks when refrigerated properly.

Can I cook with duck eggs like normal eggs?

Absolutely! Duck eggs can be used just like chicken eggs in all your favourite recipes. They’re especially loved by bakers for their rich yolks and ability to give cakes extra rise and moisture.
